Honda Brio is an upcoming model from Honda group. It will fall in the small car segment in Indian market, the small car Honda Brio was first showcased at the Auto Expo in Delhi 2010. Honda is hoping that the Honda Brio will be most fuel economic car in the upcoming years. It will be an entry level compact car with a 1.2-litre petrol engine along with the 3-cylinder, it will be a 2VC car which is going to compete with Maruti Swift, Chevrolet Beat, Hyundai i20, Toyota Etios Liva and other similar cars in domestic mart. The Interior packaging on the car is expected to be in line with the Jazz, so expect it to be high on comfort and space. The car will hit Indian market in early 2011 and the expected price tag of this car will less than 5 lakh.

Ford Evos Concept

The design of the Evos Concept was developed through a collaboration between Ford’s design teams from its studios around the world, and is an evolution of the Kinetic design language.

The concept car measures 4.50m (177in) long, 1.97m (77in) wide and 1.36m (53in) high, with a wheelbase of 2.74m (108in).

The exterior is characterized by a fastback roof profile and a sporty stance.

The body features a sculpted look with a combination of smooth surfaces and bold, sharp character lines.

The Evos has four gullwing doors with an original and spectacular opening system.

The sporty proportions are enhanced by the muscular fenders and shoulders, the sculpted hood and other details such as the thin, distinctive side mirrors, the large whees.

Another distinctive element is the underbody, which integrates the front spoiler lip, the side sills and the rear diffuser into a single component in a light metal grey color that visually contrasts with the body paintwork.

The front end is characterized by the low profile headlights and the inverted trapezoid grille – already seen on the Focus Electric and the new Focus ST – that will be a distinctive element of Ford’s future models.

The grille, along with the sporty hood, suggests some similarities with the Aston Martin coupes.

At the rear a distinctive visual signature is provided by the rhomboidal tail lights, which are connected by a horizontal LED stripe.

The tail lamps and the central Ford badge are visually matched by the lower air outtakes and the central exhaust, integrated in the diffuser.
